  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Techniker (Fachrichtung Bau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung)
  • Idealerweise ein Abschluss als Meister im Gerüstbau
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Gerüstbau inklusive Erfahrungen mit Führungsaufgaben
  • Flexibilität, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse der im Handwerk üblichen Programme
  • Besitz des Führerscheins Klasse B

### Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie in unserem Unternehmen:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der kompletten Arbeitsvorbereitungen und Planung des Projektleistungsbereiches sowie Begleitung bei der Projektdurchführung
  • Personaleinsatzplanung, Personalführung und Koordinierung von Nachunternehmen
  • Einrichtung von Baustellen und Planung von Material- und Geräteeinsatz
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung gültiger Bestimmungen der Arbeitssicherheit sowie des Gesundheit- und Umweltschutzes
  • Pflege von Kundenkontakten und Akquise von Neukunden beziehungsweise Projekten
