- Vollendeter Präsenzdienst (Zivildienst)
- Führerschein B
- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse im Normenwesen und Baurichtlinien
- Führungs-, kommunikations- und umsetzungsstarke
- Persönlichkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit
