Als Projektleiter/in verantwortest du die ganzheitliche Projektabwicklung unserer Stahlbauprojekte. Du steuerst Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Ressourcen, koordinierst Schnittstellen und bist Ansprechpartner/in für Kunden und Partner.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Organisatorische Leitung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Stahlbauprojekten
  • Erstellen und Pflege von Projektplänen (Meilensteine, Termin- und Ressourcenplanung)
  • Lieferanten- und Nachunternehmersteuerung
  • Laufendes Projektcontrolling inkl. Statusberichte
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsanforderungen und Projektdokumentation
  • Führen von kaufmännischen und technischen Abstimmungsgesprächen mit Kunden
  • Unterstützung der Kalkulation und Erstellung von Angebotsgrundlagen
  • Änderungs- und Nachtragsmanagement

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Stahl- oder Metallbau mit Weiterbildung oder Studium
  • Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, kundenorientiert, selbstständig
  • Konzeptionelles und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; ideal: ERP- oder Kalkulationssysteme
