  • Für den Standort München suchen wir, in direkter Festeinstellung

Projektleiter (m/w/d)

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung von Instandsetzungsprojekten von der Angebotsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Abrechnung
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Projektabläufe
  • Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Gewinnung neuer Kunden
  • Koordination von Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
  • Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung des Baustellenteams

### Dein Profil:

  • Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Betonsanierung wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
