### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Technische und kaufmännische Projektleitung in der Gebäudetechnik
  • Verhandlung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Projektabwicklung
  • Steuerung von internem Personal und Nachunternehmern
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Kosten

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Versorgungstechnik oder Energiemanagement – alternativ Techniker- oder Meisterqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung technischer Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
