  • Leitung des Projektteams Operation (Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungssteuerung, Materialmanagement und Produktion)
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Termine sowie das Risikomanagement im Bereich Operations
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung der Arbeitspakete im Projektteam Operations
  • Betreuung des Zeit- und Mengengerüsts in Angebots- und Auftragsgesprächen
  • Sicherstellung eines aussagekräftigen Projektcontrollings inkl. zugehöriger Regelkreise
  • Erstellung und Implementierung eines Projektberichtswesens
  • Terminierung der relevanten Meilensteine
  • Transfer von Prozess- und Arbeitsabläufen im internationalen Umfeld
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Erste Projektleitungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Routinierter Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Selbständigkeit
  • Sehr gutes Organisations- und Koordinationsvermögen sowie hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Reisetätigkeiten
