Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige operative und organisatorische Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Projektziele in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten und Termine
  • Planung, Organisation und professionelle Abwicklung von Großbaustellen
  • Koordination sämtlicher Projektbeteiligter sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Nachtragspotenzialen sowie Vorbereitung entsprechender Kalkulationen
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle von Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern hinsichtlich Qualität und Leistungserbringung
  • Projektcontrolling mit Soll-Ist-Abgleichen, Leistungsmeldungen und regelmäßiger Statusberichterstattung
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für ein Team von bis zu 5 Projektleitern

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung im elektrotechnischen Umfeld
  • Fundiertes Know-how in Planung und Umsetzung technischer Anlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit VOB sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke und kommunikative Kompetenz
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und hohe strukturelle Kompetenz

Unser Kunde bietet:

  • Attraktives Gehalt: 80.000- 90.000€ brutto
  • 38 Stunden/Woche auch im Format der 4-Tage-Woche möglich
  • Bis zu zwei Tage Home-Office pro Woche
  • Kita-Zuschuss in Höhe von 200€ pro Kind/Monat
  • Nach bestandener Probezeit: Teilnahme am Jobrad möglich & Erhalt eines steuerfreien Sachbezugs in Höhe von 50€ pro Monat
