  • Dieses Tätigkeitsfeld begeistert Sie
  • Leitung und Entwicklung der Abteilung Hydrologie/Altlast mit aktuell ca. 15 Mitarbeitern in kaufmännischer, technischer und unternehmerischer
  • Hinsicht
  • Kunden- und Auftragsakquisition sowohl bei Neu- als auch Bestandskunden
  • Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden bei laufenden Projekten
  • Erstellung von Fachgutachten bzw. Fachplanungen im Bereich
  • Hydrologie/Altlast
  • verantwortlich für das Vier-Augen-Prinzip bei Mitarbeiterprojekten
  • Umsatzverantwortung
  • Ihre Expertise begeistert uns
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder Geowissenschaften/Geologie
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in verantwortlicher Position
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Querdenker-Mentalität
  • Projektleitererfahrung
