Property & Casualty Insurance Agent - Seasonal Role

As a Sales/Telesales Associate, you’ll work with existing clients to provide expert support while identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet their needs. You’ll be part of a professional, performance-driven environment that values ownership, service, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Deliver professional and courteous service via phone, email, or web inquiries
• •Resolve client requests and maintain strong relationships that support retention
• •Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• •Collaborate with team members and leadership to support customers throughout the full policy cycle
• •Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues
• •Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• •Stay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needs
• •Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed

• •2+ years of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
• •Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• •Typing speed of 30+ WPM
• •High school diploma or GED required
• •Proficient PC and multitasking skills
• •Action-oriented and comfortable handling objections
• •Fluent in spoken and written English

Remote Work Requirements

• •Reliable internet: at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• •Wired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
• •Modem updated in the past 12 months
• •Quiet, distraction-free workspace
