About the Role

• Ensure the successful implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of insurance products, propositions, and business initiatives across multiple distribution channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into system solutions, tested thoroughly, deployed successfully, and supported throughout the proposition lifecycle while contributing to operational efficiency.

Proposition & Product Implementation Support (60%)

• •Ensure the success of the implementation of new products, product enhancements, and proposition initiatives across multiple business systems.
• •Participate in project implementation activities, including requirement clarification, implementation planning, status tracking, issue follow-up, and stakeholder communication.
• •Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Actuarial, Distribution, and other stakeholders to facilitate implementation activities and resolve business or operational issues.
• •Partner with Proposition Development teams to support the translation of business requirements into system implementation requirements, product configurations, validation rules, and sales illustration specifications.
• •Initiate business scenarios, prepare implementation documentation, design user guides, and operational materials.
• •Deliver and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case preparation, defect tracking, business validation, and production readiness sign-off across impacted systems and platforms.
• •Ensure implementation activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational risk standards.

Proposition Enhancement & Day 2 Support (20%)

• •Manage the implementation of post-launch enhancements, regulatory changes, product updates, and ongoing proposition improvements.
• •Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities with relevant stakeholders.
• •Support annual product maintenance activities, including system parameter updates, valuation setup, and operational configuration changes.
• •Assist in implementing proposition lifecycle activities, including product enhancement, product revamp, feature updates, and proposition withdrawal.
• •Support preparing the cutoff and valuation calendar for ILPs to set up in the system every year.
• •Support production incident investigation, impact assessment, issue resolution tracking, and stakeholder communication to minimize operational disruption and customer impact.
• •Maintain complete implementation records, testing evidence, approval documents, and project documentation in accordance with governance requirements.

Support ECM and Sales Distribution Initiatives (20%)

• •Support the implementation of ECM campaigns, sales initiatives, customer programs.
• •Support operational risk assessments related to proposition and product changes.
• •Assist in assessing business requirements, system impacts, operational readiness, and implementation dependencies.
• •Coordinate system configuration, testing, deployment, and launch activities to support successful execution of business initiatives.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

Experience

• •Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Development, Product Implementation, Business Analysis, Insurance Operations, Project Management, or related areas.
• •Experience in Life Insurance is strongly preferred.
• •Experience managing system implementation, projects, product launches, or business initiatives.
• •Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
