Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind der/die erste Ansprechpartner/in für unsere Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Schaden- und Leistungsfällen
  • Bearbeitung von Geschäftsvorfällen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsstellenleitung und dem Außendienst
  • Aktive Kundenansprache und Vereinbarung von Beratungsterminen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene und versicherungsfachliche Berufsausbildung
  • Spaß am selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Service- und kundenorientiert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
