### Wir suchen für unseren Kunden im Bereich Fertigungsplanung / Engineering:

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Montage- und Einstellprozessen in der Automobilindustrie
  • Planung, Definition und gemeinschaftliche Umsetzung von Montageabläufen
  • Einführung und laufende Verbesserung der definierten Prozesse
  • Erstellung und Dokumentation technischer Anweisungen
  • Untersuchung von Abläufen und Systemen mit Fokus auf Qualitätsverbesserung
  • Einweisung und Qualifizierung von Fachpersonal in der Verfahrenstechnik in den Werken
  • Schulung der Lieferanten zum besseren Verständnis der Standards
  • Prozessmeeting mit den Werken und Lieferanten für den Erfahrungsaustausch
  • Aktive Teamarbeit im Projektteam

Ihr Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik (HTL/FH) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • technisches Know-how im Maschinenbau kombiniert mit Automatisierungskompetenz
  • Kenntnisse von Statistischen Verfahren zur Maschinen- und Prozessqualifikation
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse ( Excel, Mathematik und Statistiksoftware wie Matlab, qs-Stat, etc.)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
  • Reisebereitschaft
