PT Courtside Server- Maryland Club

Servers are responsible to provide exceptional guest service to the Club Members by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders and promoting a great dining experience.

Essential Job Functions

• •Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items
• •Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests
• •Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features
• •Take food orders, making note of anu special needs
• •Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service
• •Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked
• •Secures payment for food and beverage orders
• •Provides outstanding customer service
• •Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• •All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• •Ability to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards
• •Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• •Must be fluent in English
• •Must be available to work an irregular schedule
• •Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• •Bilingual in Spanish
• •Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
• •Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
