PTP Accountant with Portuguese

Post vendor invoices with Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and in compliance with established procedures and controls Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues, providing support for invoice and payment processing when required Respond to Accounts Payable (AP) queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner Perform Travel & Expense (T&E) audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and approval guidelines Fluent Portuguese and very good English (written and spoken) Strong understanding of day-to-day service delivery operations, including operational metrics and quality standards Experience working with external customers, with the ability to communicate professionally and address inquiries effectively and in a timely manner Diligent and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality Self-starter with the ability to analyze data, identify issues, and drive resolution independently Open-minded with strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude Ability to work effectively under time pressure and performance-driven environments Previous experience or exposure to Procure-to-Pay (PTP) or similar financial processes, the same as SAP knowledge would be an asset Ability to work in a hybrid model of work from the Cracow office • Exposure to Quality Standards: Familiarity with operational metrics and quality standards in a service operations environment, including understanding of key performance indicators and service level agreements. • Basic Knowledge of Process Analysis: Exposure to analyzing processes and identifying areas for improvement, including understanding of workflow optimization and efficiency gains. • Familiarity with Customer Service Tools: Basic understanding of tools and systems used to manage customer interactions, including ticketing systems and customer relationship management software.
