Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Purchasing Analyst 2 to join our Supplier Claims & Tariff Administration team in Franklin, TN.
This role supports supplier claims and tariff administration activities through data analysis, reporting, stakeholder communications, and process improvement initiatives. The position will assist with supplier claims, tariff program administration, Section 232 Auto Credit activities, and training efforts that support program effectiveness and compliance.
- A Day in the Life:

- Support the administration of supplier claims and tariff claims, including data collection, validation, tracking, and reporting.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting activities related to the Section 232 Auto Credit Program.
- Review supplier-submitted information and work with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and documentation issues.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analysis to support supplier claims, tariff programs, and business decision-making.
- Utilize Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools to analyze data and communicate program performance and trends.
- Support the development of training materials, process documentation, and communications for buyers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint (Alliance Connect), Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, Qualtrics,
- The ability to work on-site in Franklin, TN.
Desired:
- Strong initiative with excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of purchasing processes and supplier relationship management.
