- Responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas GMP mediante la gestión, revisión y mejora de los sistemas de calidad, asegurando la correcta documentación, formación y control de procesos.
Puesto basado en planta con modalidad híbrida (1 día de teletrabajo a la semana).
Responsabilidades
- Elaborar, revisar y aprobar Procedimientos Normalizados de Trabajo conforme a las normativas GMP, así como la documentación específica de su área. Colaborar en la preparación de documentación técnica de productos (dosieres, acuerdos de calidad, entre otros) e implantar y verificar el cumplimiento de las GMP en la organización.
- Gestionar el control y archivo de documentación, datos y registros generados. Gestionar y revisar eventos de calidad, incluyendo incidencias, desviaciones, controles de cambios, no conformidades, acciones correctivas y preventivas y resultados fuera de especificación, participando en investigaciones de causa raíz y en la aprobación de planes de acción.
- Realizar auditorías internas y externas de calidad, así como participar en auditorías de clientes e inspecciones de autoridades sanitarias. Elaborar, revisar y aprobar los informes anuales de producto y gestionar la formación GMP, incluyendo la elaboración del plan anual y su seguimiento.
- Gestionar la homologación de proveedores, auditorías a proveedores, acuerdos de calidad y reclamaciones asociadas. Participar en la gestión de materiales GMP y en la gestión de devoluciones, retiradas de producto del mercado y reclamaciones de clientes.
- Desempeñar sus funciones siguiendo los criterios de calidad, seguridad e higiene establecidos por la compañía.
Requisitos
- Experiencia en Garantía de Calidad (QA), especialmente en entornos regulados bajo normativas GMP. Experiencia en la gestión de sistemas de calidad (QMS) y en áreas como gestión de proveedores, formación, reclamaciones y auditorías tanto internas como externas.
- Nivel de inglés alto (muy valorable). Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, preferiblemente en entornos estériles (deseable). Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo, adaptándose a distintos perfiles y personalidades.
