Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• •Perform analytical, batch, line, and microbiological testing of food products.
• •Conduct testing for pH, Brix, Total Solids, Density, Sodium, sensory evaluation, and product/package integrity.
• •Perform quality inspections, document results, and support product release.
• •Initiate and manage NCRs, including product holds and follow-up.
• •Collect and submit samples to external laboratories and assist with investigations.

Requirements:

• •Food Science or related post-secondary education preferred.
• •1+ year of food manufacturing experience preferred.
• •Strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills.
• •Self-motivated team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• •Strong data-entry skills and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Sunday. The hourly rate for the role is $29.99 with a night shift premium of $1
