Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Quality Assurance Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und GMP-Anforderungen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Harmonisierung von Qualitätsprozessen
  • Verantwortung für Audits sowie die Begleitung von Kunden- und Behördeninspektionen
  • Bewertung von Abweichungen, Reklamationen und Änderungsanträgen
  • Weiterentwicklung einer proaktiven Qualitätskultur in der Organisation
  • Analyse relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Du bringst mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Quality Assurance in einem regulierten Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von GMP-Anforderungen und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
