Für ein erfolgreiches, technisch orientiertes mittelständisches Unternehmen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach ISO 9001 / ISO 13485
  • Planung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und 8D-Reports
  • Durchführung und Betreuung von FMEA und Ursachenanalysen
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Einkauf und Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung einer nachhaltigen Qualitätskultur

Anforderungen:

  • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse der ISO 9001 + ISO 13485
  • Technisches Verständnis und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit Audits und Reklamationsmanagement
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
