Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d) , der unsere Prozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette begleitet und weiterentwickelt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Qualität unserer Rohstoffe und Endprodukte
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Verantwortung für interne und externe Audits sowie Zertifizierungen (z. B. IFS, FSSC, Bio etc.)
  • Durchführung von Wareneingangs- und Endproduktkontrollen
  • Schulung und Sensibilisierung von Mitarbeitenden zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen
  • Reklamationsmanagement und Ursachenanalysen
  • Dokumentation und Auswertung qualitätsrelevanter Kennzahlen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Qualitätsmanagement, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Pet-Food-Branche
  • Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Normen und Standards (IFS, ISO, HACCP, Bio, Fami-QS, etc.)
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
