About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor responsible for leading the execution of quality programs, policies, and processes to ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and continuous improvement objectives. This role oversees quality assurance activities, supports the reduction of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), analyzes quality performance metrics, and drives initiatives that improve product and process quality. The position plays a key role in ensuring manufacturing processes consistently meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of quality plans, procedures, and policies to achieve established quality objectives.
  • Lead quality assurance activities and support the continuous improvement of products and processes.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives focused on reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and quality escapes.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Review manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process performance.
  • Support the development and deployment of quality strategies, programs, and best practices.
  • Lead and develop quality assurance personnel to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading or supervising quality teams and improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, quality audits, and process control methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing quality metrics and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and quality performance management.
  • Experience reducing COPQ and improving manufacturing quality performance.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational quality initiatives.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
