About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor responsible for leading quality assurance activities and ensuring the successful execution of quality plans, policies, and procedures across manufacturing operations. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, monitors quality performance, and ensures products and processes consistently meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements. The position plays a key role in reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), improving process effectiveness, and leading quality-focused teams to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the execution of quality plans, guidelines, policies, and procedures to achieve quality objectives.
  • Lead quality assurance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Drive efforts to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and prevent quality escapes.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Review production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Support the development and execution of quality strategies, programs, and best practices.
  • Lead and coach Quality Assurance personnel to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading or supervising quality teams and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, quality audits, and process control methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing quality metrics and implementing corrective actions.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and quality performance management.
  • Experience driving reductions in COPQ and improving manufacturing quality performance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, coach employees, and drive process execution.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
