Attività principali:

  • Esecuzione di metodi microbiologici (test sterilità per filtrazione o inoculo diretto o con sistema automatizzato; saggi Bioburden, saggio endotossina batterica (test cinetico o gel clot); Growth promotion test; Identificazione di microorganismi; preparazione di banche di microorganiami);
  • Esecuzione di metodi Fisico-Chimici (Clarity e grado di opalescenza; visible particles; gradi di colorazione; osmolalità; pH; conduttività; Total organic carbon (TOC));
  • Gestione non conformità analitiche (NCA);
  • Effettuare i monitoraggi ambientali in area classificata e valutarne i trend;
  • Effettuare le identificazioni microbiche.
  • Fornire supporto nella gestione di Deviazioni, Change e OOS;
  • Revisione di procedure e metodi;
  • Gestione del laboratorio (approvvigionamento materiali, verifica scadenze reagenti, preparazione soluzioni, verifica strumentazione).

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Biotecnologie o similari;
  • almeno 1 anno di esperienza in ruolo analogo
  • disponibilità a lavorare nel fine settimana per particolari necessità

Salary range 34000-35000
