## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Kunden-, Lieferanten- und interne Qualität entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenreklamationen sowie Durchführung nachhaltiger Ursachenanalysen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Begleitung von Audits, Erstbemusterungen, Produkt- und Prozessfreigaben
  • Analyse und Überwachung von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung von Produktneueinführungen und Serienanläufen unter Anwendung gängiger Qualitätsmethoden
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems sowie Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zu Qualitätsstandards

## Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmethoden und -werkzeuge (z. B. APQP, PPAP, etc.)
  • Auditorenqualifikation von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, flexible und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
