  • The Quality Lead will drive quality management, compliance, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement across a mission-focused technical environment.
  • This role owns the Quality Management Plan and ensures that processes, procedures, and applicable requirements are consistently implemented.
  • You will lead a small quality team while partnering closely with project managers, government technical staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • The position combines hands-on quality assurance with data-driven assessments, risk identification, issue resolution, and process optimization.
  • You will also contribute to safety initiatives and help strengthen communication and performance across technical and operational teams.
  • The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to support complex IT and 5G-related programs without requiring deep technical specialization.
  • Success in this position requires strong leadership, communication, quality expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
