### Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Beschaffung, Aktualisierung und Austausch sowie Verwaltung aller Dokumente des Qualitätshandbuchs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem direkten Vorgesetzten
  • Planung des jährlichen Schulungsbedarfs und Wirksamkeitsüberprüfungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operations Manager und Teamleitern
  • Planung und Durchführung der jährlichen GxP-Schulungen sowie Erstellung, Ausgabe und Rückverfolgung von Schulungsunterlagen
  • Planung und Durchführung der jährlichen Selbstinspektion
  • Wahrnehmung aller Betriebsbegehungen und externen Audits sowie Erstellung von Maßnahmeplänen inkl. Überprüfung
  • Mitverantwortlich u.a. für Quality Agreements oder IT Validierungen
  • Verantwortlich für die Pharmakovigilanz
  • Überprüfung und Überwachung der Lagertemperatur

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Ausbildung als Quality Manager oder langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im Pharma- oder Logistikumfeld. Alternativ ein Studium im Bereich Chemie oder Biologie
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der ISO-Zertifizierungen
  • Gute GxP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr guter Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort undSchrift
  • Kommunikations- sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungs- und leistungsorientiertes Denken
