About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor responsible for overseeing quality control activities and ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role leads inspection and testing activities, supervises quality personnel, and supports the development and implementation of quality systems, procedures, and standards. The position plays a key role in driving corrective actions, monitoring quality performance, and promoting continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Quality Control and Testing personnel to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support and audit test results to verify product conformance to specifications.
  • Ensure quality requirements are met for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of inspection and testing procedures.
  • Monitor quality metrics and reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and drive corrective actions to address nonconformities and quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures, manuals, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure product and process compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience supervising quality personnel in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control systems, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
  • Experience analyzing test results and verifying compliance with product specifications.
  • Familiarity with corrective action processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and documentation.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
