As a Radiation Oncology Supervisor at MercyOne, you will:

• •Supervise the day-to-day operations and upholds clinical practice standards of the MercyOne Cancer Center
• •Provide positive leadership and problem solving skills and participates with the Director in continuous quality improvement, budgeting, customer and staff feedback, training and development
• •Work cooperatively with other departments of MercyOne, the community and professional organizations to ensure quality services
• •Adhere to MercyOne’s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program
• •Bachelor’s degree preferred
• •Minimum of 2 years experience as a practicing Radiation Therapist, previous management experience preferred
• •ARRT registration in Radiation Therapy Technology; current Iowa permit to practice in Radiation Therapy
• •BLS
• •Mandatory Reporter
