Job Description:

• •Assists patients with preparation for imaging exams, including changing into appropriate attire and verifying identification under supervision.
• •Supports technologists during procedures by positioning patients, moving equipment, or preparing exam rooms as directed.
• •Cleans and restocks imaging rooms between patients, ensuring cleanliness, infection control compliance, and readiness for next exam.
• •Maintains adequate inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment, alerting appropriate staff when items are low.
• •Answers phones, relays messages, and assists with communication between technologists, nursing, and other departments to support efficient workflow.
• •Greets, escorts, and transports patients to and from imaging areas, ensuring safety, comfort, and timely movement throughout the department.
• •Other duties as assigned.

Education:

High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

1+ experience in hospital setting in radiology [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:

• $15.30 - $22.95
• Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
