Traineeship Project Description:
The trainee will support the AMSEA Installation Team in driving operational excellence during upcoming customer ramps and capacity expansion activities. The role will focus on installation performance analytics, ramp readiness tracking, resource planning, and KPI governance across multiple countries within Southeast Asia.
The trainee will work closely with installation managers, planners, field operations teams, and business stakeholders to develop insights from operational data, monitor execution performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support decision-making through dashboards and business reviews.
