### Wir suchen für den bundesweiten Einsatz im Schichtbetrieb ab sofort

### Rangierbegleiter/Arbeitszugführer (m/w/d) der folgenden Anforderungen erfüllt:

  • abgeschlossene Qualifizierung als Rangierbegleiter/Arbeitszugführer (m/w/d) mit folgenden Modulen: Grundlagen des Eisenbahnbetriebes, Bremsprobeberechtigung, Prüfer von Güterwagen im Eisenbahnbetrieb Stufe 1 bis 3, GGVSEB
  • körperliche und geistige Eignung und Tauglichkeit (Nachweis der Tauglichkeit)
  • Nachweis für den RFU
  • Führerschein der Klasse B ist erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft zu Wechselschichtdienst und zur Montagearbeit mit wechselnden Einsatzorten
  • ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Dein Aufgabengebiet als Rangierbegleiter umfasst im Wesentlichen die sichere und pünktliche Durchführung von Rangierfahrten, bestehend aus:
  • Vorbereitung von Schienenfahrzeugen und -zügen (Kuppeln, Wagenanhängen und -abhängen, Bremsproben) und Bewegen von diesen Schienenfahrzeugen.

### Wir bieten:

  • Leistungsgerechte Vergütung nach BAP Tarif mit Zulagen (Nacht-, Sonntag-, Feiertagzuschlag)
  • der anfängliche Stundenlohn beträgt ab 21,00 € (brutto) je nach Erfahrungsgrad
  • unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag
  • Weihnachts- und Urlaubsgeld
  • mindestens 26 Urlaubstage ab dem ersten Jahr (steigend)
  • Auslöse und Verpflegungskosten
  • Dienstwagen mit 1%-Regelung und Tankkarte (Privat nutzbar ohne weitere Kosten)
  • Diensthandy, PSA, erforderliche Arbeitsmittel werden gestellt
  • 35 oder 40 Stunden pro Woche
