Summary of Job Duties:
This position provides support to the Human Resources Department, specifically the Classification and Compensation team. Responsibilities include conducting research, compiling and analyzing data, and assisting with daily operations and special projects. The role involves meaningful data analysis to support organizational decision-making and HR initiatives.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Currently enrolled as a student at the University of Arkansas
Preferred Qualifications:
