Responsibilities
- Handle general professional and administrative matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
- Coordinate meetings and audio and video conference calls
- Organize complex international and domestic travel itineraries and arrangements
- Screen and, where necessary, respond to internal and external email communications
- Field incoming telephone calls
- Manage complex calendars and schedules
- Reconcile professionals’ expenses monthly
- Liaise with international offices, clients, and external consultants
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of professionalism and discretion
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a small-team environment
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
