BMW of Silver Spring is growing — and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated part-time Receptionist to join our team!

What You’ll Do

As our Receptionist, you’ll help create an exceptional first impression by:

• •Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• •Answering incoming phone calls and directing customers to the appropriate department
• •Taking messages and providing basic information
• •Preparing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• •Assisting with administrative and clerical duties as needed
• •Helping keep the dealership experience organized, professional, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is personable, dependable, professional, and ready to learn.

You’ll ideally have:

• •One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• •Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but a passion for learning and excellent customer service are just as important
• •The ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
• •The ability to write simple correspondence
• •Basic Microsoft Office, computer, internet, and general mathematics skills
• •A positive attitude and professional communication style
