Description:

Saint Francis Hospital is looking for a Receptionist to join our Cancer Center Team.

You would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients. What you will do:

• •Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration
• •Answers multi-line phone and triages calls
• •Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
• •Performs clerical and secretarial tasks to support the department

Minimum Qualifications:

• •High School Diploma or equivalent required
• •1 years' experience in healthcare preferred.
• •Excellent computer abilities.
• •Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.
• •Familiarity with medical terminology.
• •Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
