Receptionist - Prosecutor's Office
Serves as the primary front-desk contact for the County Attorney’s Office, providing entry-level customer service and administrative support under direct prosecutor supervision. Responsible for greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone communications, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and routing inquiries while upholding strict confidentiality. Supports legal secretaries and attorneys by conducting basic file intake, data entry, document scanning, visitor scheduling, and general office maintenance.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent combined with one year of customer service, reception, or administrative office experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). The position requires demonstrated computer and typing proficiency, along with active status as a Notary Public—or the ability to secure a commission within six months of hire.
This part-time opportunity pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, and comes with great perks! Benefits include access to our county wellness center and gym, along with opportunities to participate in employee events and skill-building workshops. While traditional health coverage is not offered, you’ll be part of a supportive legal team committed to professional excellence, community support, and maintaining seamless front-desk operations for the office.
