Wir suchen RECHTSANWALTS- FACHANGESTELLTE (m/w/d) für unsere Immobilien-Boutique in Hannover IMMOBILIENWIRTSCHAFT.

BETHGE berät ausschließlich rund um Immobilien - schnell, klar und interdisziplinär. Wir suchen keine Assistenz im klassischen Sinn, sondern eine erfahrene ReFa, die mitdenkt, Verantwortung übernimmt und Dinge ins Ziel bringt.

Sie halten Fristen im Griff. Unsere Anwältinnen und Anwälte notfalls auch. Ihr Umfeld: anspruchsvolle Immobilienmandate statt klassischer Wohnungsmietsachen.

WAS SIE BEI UNS BEWEGEN

  • Sie steuern Zwangsvollstreckungsverfahren eigenständig und bringen sie konsequent voran.
  • RVG-Abrechnungen erstellen und prüfen Sie sicher - Zahlen, Regeln und Details haben Sie im Griff.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Anwältinnen und Anwälten zusammen - und sagen auch mal Bescheid, bevor etwas dringend wird.
  • Fristen, Wiedervorlagen, nächste Schritte: Sie behalten den Überblick und denken voraus.
  • Mandanten, Gerichte, Gerichtsvollzieher: Sie kommunizieren klar, verbindlich und auf Augenhöhe.

WAS SIE DAFÜR BRAUCHEN

  • Eine abgeschlossene ReFa-Ausbildung und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung. Fünf Jahre? Schön. Entscheidend ist, dass Sie Ihr Handwerk beherrschen.
  • Zwangsvollstreckung und RVG sitzen - fachlich sicher und praxiserprobt.
  • Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, eigenständig und denken lieber einen Schritt weiter als einen zu wenig.
  • Sie mögen Teamarbeit, klare Kommunikation und pragmatische Lösungen.
  • MS Office gehört für Sie zum Alltag; Erfahrung mit Kanzleisoftware ist ein Plus.
