Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kanzleistandort in Bergen auf Rügen

eine/n Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/n oder eine/n Rechtsfachwirt/in

zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, überwiegend im Bereich Arbeits- und Zivilrecht.

Wir erwarten:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/n oder zum/zur geprüften Rechtsfachwirt/in
  • selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • eine gute bis hohe Auffassungsgabe

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellen von Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsberechnungen gemäß RVG
  • Fristen- und Terminüberwachung
  • Erstellen von Schriftsätzen frei, nach Verfügung und Diktat
  • Durchführung von Mahn-/Zwangsvollstreckungsverfahren

Wir arbeiten mit der Anwaltssoftware RA Micro. Programmkenntnisse sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
