Unser Kunde ist eine renommierte Wirtschaftskanzlei in Wien, die zur Verstärkung ihres Teams nach "(Senior) Rechtsanwaltsanwärter (w/m/d) -Corporate / M&A" sucht.

Sie sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen beruflichen Herausforderung im Bereich M&A Transaktionen betreffend nationaler sowie internationaler Mandate?

Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Rechtsanwaltsanwärter (w/m/d) und möchten den nächsten Schritt in Ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn gehen? Suchen nach einer Stelle, in der Sie sich zum Anwalt weiterentwickeln können?

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Laufende Rechtsberatung von nationalen und internationalen Mandanten
  • Rechtsberatung von Start-up Unternehmen und deren Investoren, Venture Capital-Beratung
  • Beratung bei M&A Transaktionen und laufende Betreuung von Corporate Clients
  • Schwerpunkt im Bereich Gesellschaftsrecht (GmbH-Recht, Aktienrecht), Umgründungsrecht sowie angrenzende Rechtsgebiete

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
  • Absolviertes Postgraduate (LL.M, MBA etc.) oder absolviertes Doktoratsstudium (Promotion) von Vorteil
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei
  • Absolvierte Rechtsanwaltsprüfung von Vorteil
  • ab C Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Begeisterung für Teamarbeit, Internationalität und große Causen
  • Hohes Engagement, verantwortungsvolles und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten mit Blick für Details
  • Das gebotene Gehaltspaket:
  • Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 70.000.-, Überzahlung aufgrund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
