Driver Recruiter (Entry Level) – Central Transport | Warren, MI

We’re hiring a Driver Recruiter to join our team at Central Transport’s headquarters in Warren, MI. You’ll play a key role in hiring CDL drivers and other critical positions across our network. If you’re competitive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call environment, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll do:

• •Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles
• •Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
• •Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• •Make 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily
• •Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems
• •Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported

What we’re looking for:

• •Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Logistics, or similar preferred)
• •Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
• •Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• •Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• •Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation)
• •Bonus: experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet
