• You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and People leadership to define roles, establish effective interview processes, and identify exceptional candidates.
• The position combines sourcing, candidate engagement, application screening, interview coordination, and hiring project management.
• Because many hiring managers are conducting recruitment for the first time, your expertise will directly shape hiring quality, consistency, and candidate experience.
• You’ll manage multiple hiring rounds simultaneously while maintaining clear communication, efficient decision-making, and well-organized pipelines.
• The role also provides opportunities to influence recruiting strategy, hiring analytics, and budget decisions at the Senior Recruiter level.
