Candidate Engagement & Experience: Communicate directly with candidates to confirm travel and interview details, serving as Crusoe’s frontline ambassador to deliver an engaging, smooth, and professional candidate journey.
Schedule Optimization & Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage complex interviewer calendars, swiftly adapt to last-minute schedule shifts, and resolve timing conflicts before they disrupt candidate or team workflows.
Recruiting Data & ATS Hygiene: Maintain meticulous accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System, track candidate progression through interview stages, and ensure hiring teams submit timely feedback.
Process Improvement & Strategy: Identify operational bottlenecks in candidate routing and feedback collection, proposing and implementing streamlined workflow enhancements to boost efficiency and consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Operations, IT, and Workplace teams to coordinate seamless onboarding handoffs, support key talent initiatives, and ensure operational readiness for hiring events.
What You’ll Bring to the Team

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with productivity platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
Discretion & Judgment: Excellent judgment and absolute discretion when handling confidential candidates, hiring data, and internal personnel information.
Proactive Problem-Solving: A service-oriented mindset with the capability to anticipate operational friction, mitigate scheduling risks, and solve problems independently.
