What you'll be doing

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client and candidate relationships while growing your specialist technology market across the Midlands.

Key responsibilities:

Developing new business and growing client accounts

Building relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers

Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates

Negotiating terms and managing the recruitment process
