Pay Range

£28,000 - £33,000 per annum + uncapped commission paid every 4 weeks

• •Full-time, permanent
• •Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid working (1-2 days from home)

We're hiring experienced recruiters to join our Leeds office on either our HR recruitment desk or our sales recruitment desk .

Both desks offer the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships, grow your market and maximise your earnings through uncapped commission, backed by the strength of the Reed brand and an experienced local team.

What You'll Be Doing

• •Managing and developing a specialist recruitment desk
• •Building relationships with new and existing clients across Yorkshire
• •Growing market share through business development and networking
• •Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer and placement
• •Sourcing, interviewing and engaging high-quality candidates
• •Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates
• •Working towards clear financial and performance objectives with uncapped earning potential
