Recruitment Consultant – Scientific Sector

• 📍 Location: Reed Cambridge – Scientific, Unit 7, CC7, 8 Clifton Ct, Clifton Rd, Cambridge CB1 7BN
• 🏠 Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (post-induction)
• 💰 Salary: £26,000 – £34,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus
• 🕒 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday
• 📄 Contract: Permanent

• Craft compelling job ads, headhunt, network, and leverage social media to find top talent. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the perfect match.
