Many of our Community Directors, Regional Managers, and corporate team members started their careers onsite. We believe in promoting from within whenever possible and are committed to helping our team members build long-term careers, not just fill positions. We're growing, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site DFW portfolio, holding properties to Hilltop's standards for performance, resident experience, and culture

  • Drive financial performance across the portfolio through revenue maximization, disciplined expense management, and accurate reporting
  • Implement and continuously improve site-level operating, maintenance, and cost control procedures in line with Hilltop standards
  • Serve as the connection between the corporate team and the field, translating strategy into consistent execution at the property level
