  • The role leads Clinical Excellence Managers across the Western U.S., supporting customer success, adoption, and long-term account development.

  • The position combines people leadership, customer relationship management, program development, and clinical process improvement.
  • You’ll help customers successfully implement and expand the use of medical device solutions while providing education and best-practice guidance.
  • Success requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate data into practical action plans.
  • The position is highly collaborative and travel-intensive, with up to 75% travel throughout the assigned Western region.
