• This senior leadership role is responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships with clinical research sites and site organizations across an assigned region and therapeutic area.
• You will serve as a trusted enterprise-level partner, engaging senior and C-suite stakeholders to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• The role combines strategic relationship management, clinical development expertise, operational excellence, and business acumen.
• You will help improve clinical trial execution by strengthening collaboration, reducing startup timelines, and establishing clear quality and performance expectations.
• Working across a complex, matrixed environment, you will align internal teams and external partners around shared priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Your influence will help advance patient-centric, diverse, efficient, and high-quality clinical research programs.
