Location: Oyster Bay (home)
Hours: 3:30pm-5:30pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation : $30-35/hourly (case specific)

Responsibilities:
Respond to the goals, needs and requests of students and supervisors, on an individualized basis, and in a professional manner on the bus and in the student's home
Work collaboratively with a behavior consultant and/or clinical supervisor to provide academic, behavioral, and social/emotional support to student with special needs
Implementation of behavior support plans or skill acquisition programs (data collection, progress reporting, CPI training and implementation)
Help with daily living tasks, such as mobility, hygiene, and transitions.
Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding students in accordance with State and Federal regulations
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Understand and demonstrate the company core values.
About You:

Active RBT or interested in interested in obtaining RBT credential
And this background:
Minimum of 6 months working with children or adolescents with special needs in a supervised setting
Minimum of High School Diploma required
Must have reliable transportation
Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field preferred
Experience with students with autism and/or maladaptive behaviors preferred
Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
Bilingual is a plus
