Position Summary

RenalCare Associates is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Renal Intervention Center team. This role provides pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care for patients undergoing renal and vascular access procedures in an ambulatory surgery setting. No weekends, nights, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• •Provide pre- and post-operative patient care and monitoring.
• •Administer medications and IV therapies.
• •Serve as the circulating RN during procedures.
• •Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards.
• •Monitor sedated patients according to established protocols.
• •Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery.
• •Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• •Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• •Deliver exceptional patient service and communication.

Qualifications Required

• •Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• •Current Illinois RN license.
• •BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• •Basic computer skills.

Preferred

Three or more years of surgical/ critical care nursing experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $34–$38/hour, based on experience.
